How The Process Works
Initial Assessment
Meet with an ADHD prescribing clinician who will review your diagnosis, medical history, treatment goals, current medication, and baseline health observations.
Medication Trial
If medication is clinically appropriate, treatment may begin with a carefully selected starting dose and clear monitoring guidance.
Titration Reviews
Over the following weeks, your clinician will monitor effectiveness, side effects, sleep, appetite, mood, and physical observations to determine whether adjustments are needed.
Stabilisation & Next Steps
Once a suitable dose has been identified, you'll receive a treatment summary outlining your progress and recommendations for ongoing care.
What's Included?
The £519 package includes three structured remote appointments:
Initial medication assessment and treatment planning
First titration review
Second titration review and stabilisation planning
Review of ADHD diagnosis and relevant clinical information
Review of medical history, current medication and medication suitability
Review of baseline physical observations, including blood pressure, pulse and weight
Discussion of medication options, benefits, risks and potential side effects
Initial private prescription where clinically appropriate
Monitoring of response, side effects, appetite, sleep, mood and general functioning
Dose adjustment where clinically appropriate
Clinical notes and treatment updates
Final treatment summary after the third appointment
Guidance on next steps, including whether further reviews or shared care discussions may be appropriate
Typical Timeline
Week 0: Initial assessment and treatment planning.
Weeks 2-4: First medication review and dose adjustment if required.
Weeks 6-12: Second review and stabilisation planning.
Following Completion: Final treatment summary and recommendations for ongoing care.
Important Information
Medication is not included within the package price and is paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy.
Not everyone will be clinically suitable for ADHD medication. Your prescribing clinician will determine whether treatment is appropriate following a full assessment.
Shared care with your GP may be discussed once treatment is stable, although acceptance remains at the discretion of the GP practice.
